Used to be every Friday morning after a week of eating healthy and exercising however as I have go older I dont stress so much about it, I go by how my clothes fit. I also have a good look at myself in the mirror in my underwear or naked and see how I feel at what looks back at me - if I'm not happy then I just work harder.

Thanks for your responses. I agree that 116 is way low for 42 mins running, I maybe didnt do it properly, I'll persevere with it or I may have to invest in a more expensive one.

I decided to stop taking the Shake for this week to see if it made a difference and just use MFP to log everything I am eating, so I will see if this makes a difference on the scales. I actually just bought Quinoa this week for the first time as I am trying to cut down on my carbs.
