  • It isn't including your workouts. you add those in after. How much do you want to lose? I've lost nearly 5 stone and generally I've had it set to 2lbs a week. If you think your calories are too high then change it to 2lbs a week. The idea is that you are already eating at a deficit compared to how much your daily business…
  • I found that I lost absolutely fine without exercise but the more I lost the more I felt bored and wanted to get up and go places. I read somewhere that it's 80% diet and only 20% exercise so I wouldn't worry and just spend those calories enjoying life! Most recently, I find that I am exercising 3 times a week but I do…
  • you have to physically go into your settings and switch it around a bit in order for it to refresh your goal calorie intake. I always pop mine onto like half a lb a week then back onto whatever I'm on. Seems to work. You lose about 10 cals a day every time you drop one or two lb. So I've noticed anyway. x

Put in all my details to lose 2lbs a week and was out up to 1600 a day. But as I've lost the weight, you click to change the lbs per week lost bit and…

  • I always like to munch when I get in from work so I've had to try and find alternatives. I find that a big plate of cucumber and tomatoes is always good. Perhaps with some ground pepper and balsamic vinegar. Yum. Not many calories either. Like, 50-70 max
  • Buy some decent spanx! Hahaha
  • This thread and advice has really helped me this morning. I broke my leg in march and it has changed my life. I now want to lose weight to be lighter on my leg and stronger. Been on 1400 calories a day for 5 weeks and I've lost 10lbs. Been exercising like crazy. This week I've actually gained a pound or two. Keep telling…
