i blend 1 scopp of my vanilla mix with 6 oz of almond milk and it's good.

I have the vanilla and it makes for a really good protein shake. Use 6 oz of almond mild with a scoop of power and it's good.

You can put them in the fridge after you make them. It makes quite a few servings so some of them may go to waste. Just take it out of the fridge a couple of hours before you eat if you don't want them cold.

I considered getting some equipment for home. But, for the price of an elliptical it would take me 5 years to pay it off for what i'm paying monthly at the gym ($10/month). Plus, staying in that routine of going in the gym helps me keep going.

Spicey Italian with pepper jack, mayo, lettuce, tom, hot sauce, oil and vinegar. Since I started my diet I get a turkey club with no cheeese and lettuce and tom with a little hot sauce.
