Friends dropping quickly!!
It seems like a lot of my friends are dropping off the side of MFP lately! I guess their New Years resolutions are over?! Would love new and encourging friends who are on daily!!

Looking for committed MFP'ers!
I've noticed lately that a lot of my MFP friends have started falling off the wagon and my wall has become VERY quiet. I'd love to have some more people that are on here daily for inspiration and motivation!

Newbie
I am a newbie Couch to 5k user and I just completed my second day. I wanted to make sure this isn't due to bad form or anything, but both of my shins are sore and sensitive directly after the run. Is this normal for anyone else?

Running.... water?
I know this is a stupid question, but does everyone usually run with their water bottle in their hands? Or, does someone know of something I can buy that will make toating my water easier during my runs?

Fish - how to make it fun?
My personal trainer has me on a meal plan that consists of eating fish every night for dinner. I can have any type of fish. Does anyone have any suggetions for how to make fish fun? I'm tired of what i've tried so far and need new ways to "spice" it up so I don't get bored.

So, I am considering getting a personal trainer and was wondering what all I could expect from him. I need that extra push to keep me going. Can anyone who has seen a persnoal trainer describe what kind of things you would do on a daily basis? What did it cost you and how many days a week did you attend?

Question re: Polar HRM
I purchased and received today a new Polar FT4. From what I can tell, the Polar is mainly for when exercising. But, you can keep it on 24/7 also. I was wondering if I can log the calories it is showing my burning just from moving around inside my house doing random things? Or, is that part of what MFP already deducts?

Beef Jerky
So, I've heard different things about having beef jerky as a snack. I know you can buy the smaller bags and a portion is only 80 calories with 15g of protein. Of course, I don't buy the small bags and usually eat the entire bag in one sitting. Does anyone have any opinion of this as a snack?

Eating the correct amount of calories when exercising.
I've been on MFP for about a month now and so far I am doing great. I've been exercising almost everynight and have been keeping to a healthy diet.
