Me! Can we break up the squats our all at one time? Nevermind, I re read your post. :)

My husband does the same. Not the fat comment, he says he likes me how I am. I want to lose a few more lbs and gain back my lost muscle mass. he always says, don't get muscular it looks gross. I think muscular women are hot. I just have to find a balance.

9 and I love that you are unapologetic! (read some of your profile., For evilonerider :)

I am insensitive I have a tendency to pay more attention to the things that I need. Sometimes I drink to much, sometimes I test your trust, sometimes I dunno why you're staying with me? and Better than I was, more than I am And all of this happened by taking your hand And who I am now is who I wanted to be And now that…

Zatarans blackening seasoning (add cayenne if you like it spicy!), little bit of olive oil in the pan. OMG. My favorite.

I am 32, 5'8 and my goal is 140, so I think it is perfect!
-
Running is no longer an option, due to degenerative disc disease... I am only 32 :( I am trying not to freak myself out until the MRI comes back.

Back surgery SUCKS.
-
The Doc today thought it was odd that my right (injured) hip was way more flexible than the left! I will have to ask about the psoas release.
-
He mentioned something about that too... as I have these little hard nodes on my back and in my hip. But, no signs of arthritis on the xrays.

I am a cop.... but I am in an investigative position at a desk for now. I am trying to get back to patrol, but my back and hip have been hindering me. I also have a chronically ill child, so my sick and vacation time is damn near gone...
-
Yes on the arthrogram. Release on the psoas eh? My chiropractor says that mine is ridiculously tight and he can't get it to relax. I did PT for my back surgery and it was my PT that suggested I get my hip looked at, since he had a labral tear.

I wonder how long off of work?

Pregnancy? I don't know. I have scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. One massive disc herniation, followed by a smaller one on the same disc. Now I have this ongoing hip pain.... I think there is something else wrong besides just the labrum, but one thing at a time...
-
GAH. I just want to be normal! I have been struggling with back and hip pain for so long that as soon as we fix one part another freaking problem arises...
-
Yes, I have never understood how people can workout on their lunches! I SWEAT, A LOT. Hair drenched, shirt drenched. It is embarassing at the gym!
-
Boobs. God's cruel joke :/

Thanks! I used to run, but I have been told no more running... Between scoliosis and DDD my back just can't handle the impact :( So, here I am, trying new things. I cannot be "fat". I hate myself too much when I am. I am at a "healthy" weight, but I am not comfortable with where I am. I refuse to have excuses not to push…

So in the same boat... I am a cop, in an investigative positiion.... Currently I am sitting at my desk shaking my feet, cause I am ADD and it keeps me awake! I print to a copier on the other side of the floor, use the stairs if I need to go to another floor. Even though i don't have a "lunch break" per se, I try to "go out…

I do a little yoga, mostly for stretching... It is just sooo boring! But, yes, I need to throw some yoga into my workouts too
-
I have kettlebells, a full set of dumbells, I am just pretty ADD when it comes to exercise and need to change things up. That and my low back cannot handle the kettlebell workout right now :( Good points about the different exercises. Thanks!

Thanks! Checking now!
-
Yep, do them already, Thanks :)

I have used one in PT and really like it... just wondering if overall it is worth buying. I have a small child and going to the gym really isn't an option. All my old DVDs (Bob/Jillian) I have to do SOOOO many mods due to impact issues.
