I'm 5'8 and right now I am 147-148. I would like to get down to 145 (maybe even 140) but then start adding some muscle back to my frame.

Join a Dodgeball team, softball team, kickball, etc. Fun people that like to play hard, and usually they drink a little afterward, without the nightclub thing, cause you are all sweaty from playing games :drinker:

I'm am going to eat and enjoy. Just not over-indulge. A little bit of everything in moderation. Make some swaps to make things a little healthier. Luckily I am the host for most things, so I have a little more control :)

I few nuts has always helped me when I am super hungry, I do this a lot when I get home from work and dinner isn't going to be ready for a bit. It stops me from pigging out on dinner later

I lose and gain the same freaking 10lbs. I am currently at 151, I dance between 162 and 152... Would like to be 140-145, depending on body composition. Highest post pregnancy was after I stopped breastfeeding, but didn't change my eating. I was ~170lbs. I am 5'8 and 32y/o

I eat elk, venison, beef raised by my in-laws, chicken, pork, turkey, tuna, salmon. You name it, I eat it. I don't eat much processed meat though. I have exercise ADD. I have to have a plethora of different options! I have like 8 different videos, I bike, treadmill, dance, Nike Training, etc. Mix it up! I have never been able to complete the 30DS cause I get too bored of doing the same workout.

My daughter has cystic fibrosis and was the Honorary Captain for a alumni football game benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Hence her cute pigtails and football jersey! She is my inspiration!

Goodwill. Serioiusly. If you have the time to look through stuff I have found lots of brand new stuff, some even with tags still attached. High end jeans and slacks seem to be in abundance, esp if you go to a GW near a downtown area where people would drop off their clothes on the way to work.

I imagine they only want to subject me to one MRI and this one is more reliable for diagnosis.. I have had three MRI's on my back in the last two years. There will be lidacaine and dye injected into the joint, so probably close to the same thing. Thank God I have vicodin from my last back surgery still!

They are just going in with a needle to inject dye, arthrogram not arthroscopy. Injecting dye so they can better see the joint. I had one on my shoulder years ago, but that was a shoulder.... I am driving myself and now I am wondering if that is a good idea.

I took "before" photos the other days and went, "huh, well I don't look as bad as I feel..." Still want to lose 15lbs of fat though :) But God forbid I look down while sitting at my desk or feel my rolls touching. GAH
