Today i did a usually 30min workout but i just felt tired of exercising. I think i am just losing motivation even though it is helping me, or maybe i need a new plan of excitement. I don't want to give up on exercising, and at the same time i don't really want to exercise anymore. I am Stuck what should i do?

Change up your exercise plan! Go for hikes, play sports etc. Make sure that its not always the same thing! I switch up my days by doing cardio/zumba/hiking/cleaning!0

Do something different for exercise....Zumba, walk, bike ride, exercise DVD...just don't give up!0

The pic in your AV basically says it all.0 -
I have exercise ADD. I have to have a plethora of different options! I have like 8 different videos, I bike, treadmill, dance, Nike Training, etc. Mix it up! I have never been able to complete the 30DS cause I get too bored of doing the same workout.0

Keep exercising. It seems the more I made myself do it, the better I felt. Don't give up. You said it yourself that it's working.0

If its helping your weight loss and toning your body like you say, then why quit???
Maybe you need to find something YOU LIKE.
I don't really LIKE to workout myself, but I do it because i know i need to...and I do what i like! Like Zumba, Line Dancing and some other DVDs i like by Jillian Michaels and others.....
You just need to find something YOU LIKE or you won't stick with it, hence this thread.
Good luck!0 -
Exercise doesn't have to mean doing a tape, just keep moving. Take walks, dance, swim, clean and reorganize your house or garage, get outside and do some yard work, play a sport, paint your house, do anything that keeps you in motion. It all helps your burn calories and gets your muscles more toned.0

It would help to know what you are doing.0

Keep it diverse so that you don't get bored. I do different workouts everyday depending on how I feel. I just make sure I've targeted all of the different muscle groups at some point during the week. Somedays I dance, others I do Tae Bo or balance ball workouts. Some days I just walk or do yoga. I hula hoop or go hiking. Just mix it up.0

do something you like...
if I had to do zumba only.... I would never exercise...
I can hike, bike, mountain bike, rock climb etc all day long (and sometimes I do... and sometimes I do it for multiple days and go on 140 mile bike trips... or hiking for days...
but if I had to do something like aerobics class... or zumba... or dance <shudder>... I would never work out!!
even my gym workouts are designed around my cardio to make it easier0
