Omg! I love Chineese food so much, I could polish off 3 plates of sticky rice, orange chicken, general tso, crab rangoon and spicey honey beef and either a pint of ben and jerry's or a whole bar of ritter sport milk chocolate hazel nut.

I guess yesterday was a day of over-eating, I too over did it with alcohol and cheese, but I logged it then I added an extra 15 min to my cardio today to make the guilt go away. :happy:
