  • Thanks all for your reply. But I saw 1 cup of plain cornflakes is less calorie than 1 cup of plain oatmeal, so I bought cornflakes this time but confused though.
  • I usually target for 4000 cal per week and last week I burnt 4665 calories and was so very happy later :smile: Mon: 920 cal, 95 mins includes Treadmill, Elliptical and Staircase
