It can be hard if you just look at the total sugar intake. But I wouldn't worry so much about your sugar as long as most of it is coming from natural sources such a fruit and veggies then I wouldn't worry I would focus more on your carbs and such! :)

The reason you pay for dates for a lady should never be just for her to put out. You should do it out of respect and apparently she has some respect for herself for not yet sleeping with you and respect for you for offering to pick up the tab on the second date. In my opinion she should be dating you.

If most of your sugar is coming from natural sources, I personally wouldn't worry about that number and focus more on carbs. Thats my opinion. :)

I've come to agree. Mine is set to 25 grams but I haven't changed it simply because I don't care about it anymore. I do make sure I don't go over board with my sugars and most of my sugars anyways come from healthy sources like fruits and veggies. So as long as your not eatting junk I wouldn't worry about sugar too much.…

Well I know eating less then 1200 period is horrible, but I'm saying for example, I eat 1500 calories that day but burn 600 that puts me at 900 net. should I eat enough to be at 1200 calories even including exercise, like eat 1800 calories if I burned 600??

You guys are all nuts! lol. trying to win a fight that doesn't have a winning side. Everyone is going to have their own ideas regardless of who deems them stupid or not. The people who want to eat a crazy low amounts well good for them, they will deal with the results. Same goes for the rest! lol.

I have always wanted to give kickboxing a try. It seems like it would be great cardio. I am not 100% and I can't really give advice on it lol but I will be looking into it and let you know if and what I find.

I love cardio! Specifically HIIT cardio, I love how energized I feel after a good sweat fest and then refueling my body with good healthy fuel. I do a lot of weight training as well.
