I know it's healthy to eat 2-3 hours but it's between those hours I'm never feeling satisfied. I drink a gallon of water a day so I'm good on water.

Thanks for the input! I totally agree. From what I have been reading and have been told before by my doctor is that most often, exercises help knee problems. You just have to listen to your body like you said.

I'm doing various free weight exercises. I would be writing a ton to list them all. But one day I do some focuses on legs, another day arms and upper body, ect. I follow along many videos from fitnessblender.com and other videos I find that I enjoy.

I like to do wraps. Like turkey wraps or chicken wraps. Then load on the veggies and if I'm craving ranch I will use a Yogurt dressing ranch its only 60 cals for 2 tablespoons. Good point! I think people refer to cheating as eating more then the serving size or eating processed foods or eating food that is just down right unhealthy. I think thats what people refer to as cheating.
