Yes yes, you are very right. sugary goods aren't good. I try to keep my sugar to all natural sugars like the one's in fruits and veggies :p

You have a similar tactic as I do. I do eat as close to natural as possible but sometimes that just doesn't happen lol. I do the whole comparison thing and if a number just seems too high I try to find an alternitive. Especially sodium I hate eating high sodium it makes me super tired and bloated.lol

I would say todays because it has less sodium and fat. The carbs and sugars are alright because you have the rest of the day to burn them off or if you have already done your work out your metabolism is at its highest.

Yes I have and its horrible. It will work for youif you stick to it but I ALWAYS felt hungry I never felt full. I buy protien powder and when I make shakes with that I can feel full for up to 4 hours afterwards but with those shakes no longer then 2 hours. Not to mention I HATED the taste the only time I actually like them…

I take two centrum for women under 50 pills a day and a fish oil pill plus I drink AT LEAST a gallon of water a day!

Its dry meaning that during the colder months especially that I get the white cracked and peeling skin however after I put lotion on my face even if its oil free or for oily skin it gets heavy with oil. I'm sure the ladies get what I am saying lol.

Your too funny! Greek yogurt scared me at first with its consistency (sp) but I tried it and love it and now regular yogurt seems weird to me. lol. I have been advised by my doctor actually that breakfast should be your biggest meal and the personal trainer at my gym mentioned the same thing. Which I used to not do but once I started I really see the benifits. :)

In the food then recipies section of MFP is has a meal calculator where you can add up the cals and other nutrition of your most common meals and then save them to your foods. That way you just add the one item rather then all of them.

I eat 5-6 smaller meals a day with breakfast and lunch being the biggest meals (400ish) calories each. and I try my best to space them out 2-3 hours.
