Oh, and don't be scared of it. It IS hard, but you can follow the schedule and still modify it to your fitness level. You will see amazing results whether you can do it all 100% or not. As Tony says - Do your best and forget the rest!

Thanks for your support :) i definitely think that and accountability are big keys to making this whole thing work. When I lost (years ago), I had a large network of really supportive people. Hopefully that will come in time! Good job on your first 40lb loss!!
