I'm 5 foot 4 and 117ish pounds. wans to lose these laft few pounds to just be over 8 stone then i want to focus more on keeping fit and lean muscle to train to run properly. Finding this last week really hard, ive had a headache and not feeling right don;t think im eating enough :(
