Congratulations on a major milestone on this journey! Your flying squirrel comment actually made my day :smirk: Best wishes for your husband returning to you safe and sound, and ready to share in your joy.

I had a miscarriage about 2.5 years ago and we had no luck conceiving again afterwards until this year. Going low-carb was the key for me. It really helped get my blood sugar under control and decrease overall inflammation. I was actually doing the hCG diet and had dropped to no more than 40 grams of carbs per day but…

I use plain yogurt as the base for most of my salad dressings. It's gives a creamy texture without all the fat of mayo. It's usually something like 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tbsp of EVOO, salt and pepper and whatever other spices I feel like and a squeeze of lemon for a large 2-person salad.

Hi Becca, thank you for being so honest about your struggle and I am sorry you feel so heartbroken and dejected. You have to remember that as much as you both want a baby, you and your husband married each other for who you are, your friendship, your love and your companionship. That being said, I know the struggle of…

What an amazing transformation! Inside and out  Congratulations!

Fantastic whole-life transformation! Congratulations

I weigh myself daily, because it keeps me more accountable. I understand that fluctuations do arise and only record my weight once a week or so, but weighing daily in the morning allows me to recognize when I've had a more calorie-heavy day. Also, if you're not already aware there's a PCOS group on here you could join:…

AWWWWW! That is fantastic progress! Not just the OP, but all you other awesome runners. I miss running so, so much! I've got a hip injury I'm nursing right now, and trying to build up my ankle stability (same ankle that blows out at least twice per year). So far, I am "deep-water running" at the pool - which is way easier…
