If you put in all of your data in to MFP, it will tell you your goals. I agree with the poster above- at 150 you probably don't need to drop any weight.

So much of this. Let go of the control for a night out with your wife. You both deserve it. Then, back on the wagon right after dinner. That's not to say you should eat a whole rack of ribs and a bucket of butter, but one meal will not be your undoing. You have to enjoy life and find that balance.

Yup. Forget the teacup ride. I worked my *** off for a year to lose weight but it its pretty darned easy for me to eat a pizza and drink beer while playing Minecraft.

I know it seems like a long time, but 2 weeks isn't unheard of to not lose any weight. Just take it one day at a time, and make sure you're logging everything. You CAN lose weight with no exercise. I lost 40 lbs by having a teeny bit of chocolate every day. I gained back 10 lbs by having too much. :) A little chocolate within your budget is not going to derail your plans. Just don't do it every day.

This. I drink beer, eat chocolate, etc. As long as I weigh and stay within my maintenance calories, I maintain. As soon as I get lazy or stray from this, I gain.
