Can you show me how to do it? I seemed to have lost all of my weight in my butt. I'm walkin around lookin like I have a sad sack of oatmeal back there. :D
-
Yup.
-
Boom. That's brilliant.

I have psoriatic arthritis in just about every joint below the neck. Believe it or not, moving will HELP the pain. Just start slow and be gentle on yourself. Same as with @raishiwi above, I lost most of my weight without exercise. I work out now, but at first, I just tried to work on not eating as much.

Daily. Chocolate, chips, McDonald's, whatever. I just budget for it.
-
Everyone already answered but I WISH. I run 3 miles about 3x a week, and I don't get to eat nearly as much as I feel like I deserve from it. :dizzy:

I eat eggs almost every day. Sometimes just whites, usually the whole thing. I'm almost 40 and my bloodwork is always good. :)

yup! Settings>Diary Settings>"Change Meal Names" (about 3 sections down)

Add me. I am a wreck some days and really struggle with this. Most of the time, I keep it in check. Monday... I was like 3500 calories over.

This is going to be the most unpopular opinion of the internet, but I speak from experience. I have tried for over a year to do a squat. I've watched videos, had a trainer help me, done the sitback thing for weeks to "get the feel of the form", posted here for help, etc. If you google "how to fix squat form", I've done it.…

One meal at a time! You got this!

Not me, man. I love a good, wholesome, home-cooked meal just as much as a Big Mac. Bring it all on!

Came here for this...
-
LOL my standard answer is "Oooh, I tried that and got the trots for days..."
-
I can remove toxic sludge from my gut with a trip through the Taco Bell drive thru after a night at the bar. Oof.
-
^Yup. Totally agree!
-
OMG yes. There are some HIIT ones that are killer on FitnessBlender.
-
I second (third?) fitnessblender. I also get DVDs from my library! Just picked up 7 Day Shred, 30 Day Shred and... um... something else that apparently didn't hold my attention enough to recommend. :D

Great! I've had great luck with weighing as well. :)
-
LOL i was like 2000 calories over the other night. Log it and move on. :) It happens to the best of us.

Any ol' scale will be fine. I have an Ikea one that wasn't much at all. It's lasted me daily use for a year with no signs of stopping.
-
...with kahlua and vanilla vodka, maybe!
-
Scotch or Whiskey on the rocks, gin martini... but then I eat 2304820349 olives so I might as well just have a beer at that point.
-
LOL I wear high waisted pants and ignore it. :)
-
I have been there :(

You are very welcome! Best of luck to you!

Edit: Since I started typing all this up, you changed the text of your post. :) This addresses the first post. There are lots of options. I'm a cheapskate and I eat pretty healthy. Check out my diary if you want (although not the last few days... sickness is going through my house so the diet has been wonky). Now, there is…

I ate at a deficit. One of the months, I laid in bed after surgery. :) I work out now, but that's to look better. The weight loss all came from just eating at a deficit. I didn't quit anything, didn't give up anything. I stuck around 1450 calories.

I have exactly 1 hr to change, workout, and get back to my desk so I don't have time for a full shower (which is gross some days)... My essentials: hair ties, dry shampoo, deodorant, and some sort of wipe (baby wipe, etc). If I did have time to shower, I would bring some sort of flip flop or shoe to wear in those nasty…

That sounds pretty good!
