Do you have a specific amount of calories you are wanting to stay beneath? I really enjoy a whole wheat bagel thin with a Tbs of peanut butter on it. = 200 calories to get me started in the morning. I'm certain I could find better peanut butter to use, but I am presently just using what I have on hand.

I had a can of Light Progressive Barley vegetable soup. First time to try it, and I'm on the fence. Also had a 12 oz diet coke and a bottle of water with grape crystal light.

How about : Light Progressive soup and a 1/2 serving of Special K crackers with a laughing cow cheese wedge. Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks on Aunt Millies Light Potatoe Bread w/ mustard + some carrots or celery + a sugar free jello or apple.

I think this is a good rule - I had some Chinese food with a friend on Friday, and thought I was in heaven while enjoying it. It was nice to have something that I hadn't eaten in weeks. I believe that a cheat meal is the way I would handle it. An entire day can do a lot of damage. Enjoy!

I have bought these - ONCE! They were disgusting. I couldn't get over the texture in my mouth, it made me feel terrible eating them. I actually couldn't finish the meal. But, if you want to give them a try - check out your local Asian store. You will find them in the refrigerated section.

This morning I had a serving of Rice Krispies with 3/4 cup fatfree skim milk + some splenda on top! Always followed with a Kiwi Strawberry propel It was yummy!

I'm actually a little taller than you at just over 5'3, but I am strangly confused that I have been under 1200 calries a day. Some things that I enjoy eating for snacks are: Kellogg's crackers w/ a laughing cow wedge of cheese apple celery dipped into salsa Fiber One chewy granola bars Hope some of these help you!
