I personally enjoy PB2 in a smoothie, and have had no experience with any explosive diarrhea. I do not care for the texture of it as a pb spread, alone. Just my .02

I use splenda in my iced tea. I like the taste and I have no side effects of any sorts with it.

I have NOT read through every page of responses yet, so what do you experts suggest? Lose weight first, then add weights, or compromise and do both at the same time? For those of us that want to know . . . .

I tried the shirataki noodles once - That's all it took for me. Both my husband and I thought they were nasty!!! Had a funny odor and texture. I'll eat regualr pasta in moderation. :)

Salt and pepper! YUUUUMMMMMM I'm a bit strange with food texture in my mouth - I like almost all food that most people will eat mixed with cottage cheese (tomatoes, pineapple, peaches, etc) but I cannot mix them together and eat them. If they are both on my plate - No problem, just cannot eat them mixed. Yeah, I'm weird! :)
-
Well crap - I grabbed ranch mix, rather than Italian. I knew it didn't sound right, but I couldn't remember. I hope it tastes ok tonight . . .
