Major heel pain after running

How do you log kettlebell workouts?
So, it's ugly and grey in my area of Indiana today, so I decided to workout indoors. I ran for 15 minutes, then did 3 sets of: 25lb kettle bell squats 25lb kettle bell swings planks lunges (no weights) I can't find kettlebells in the data base to try and determine a calorie burn value. How would / do you log this?

Daily totals - overages
I really like that MFP calculates everything for me, especially since I am only almost a month in . . . however - I don't like that I see red numbers for my totals some days.
