My new morning routine

I wanted something to get me moving, get my heart rate up, and jump start my metabolism first thing in the morning.
I searched and searched, and searched some more for a short, but effective workout that I can do before I get showered and ready for work in the morning. Yes, this is someone else's workout, but I can't find the original link, so I'd like to give credit, but I don't know who to give it too!
So, I started doing the following:
Stretch a few minutes first
20 seconds squat thrust
10 second rest
20 second mountain climbers
10 second rest
20 second high knees
10 second rest
20 second jumping jacks
10 second rest
Repeat.
Stretch a few minutes
It definitely got my heart rate up, and had me breathing very heavily (hopefully that improves significantly)
The actual workout took me a bit longer than 4 minutes, (not including the stretch period) becuase I would complete whatever skill I was doing before I would move onto the rest period. I keep a stopwatch going on my phone so i can see when it is time to switch. I am also charting how many reps I can do daily, as I want to watch the improvement as I progress.
So, I wanted to see what others thought because of this being such a short workout, what do you think about it?
