How do you log p90x ?

For those of you that are currently using p90x as your method of working out, how do you log it?
I haven't started it yet, but I have it, and am thinking about beginning it soon, but I want to be accurate on my logging. In fact, I'd rather be lower in calories burned than over, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I do not own a HRM.

    i am loging the weight part as strenght training and so far the plyometrics i logged it as Calisthenics. This is my first week and tomorrow is yoga so i will log that as yoga and i havent gotten to core synergistics or kenpo yet. but im thinking its high impact aerobics.
