I take green tea pills 2 prior to each meal 3 times a day. Does it work don't know my bf swears by it says he takes it more for the antioxident powers it holds either way it can't hurt.

I hear that wieght watchers suggests a tablespoon of oil a day ( sisters on that diet) shes gone down to a size 6 form a 22 in about a year. She mixes her oil in her peanut butter. Perhaps if I am low on fat that could be a way to do it.

I guess thats my weakness carbs. I am only under on my fat intake by a single digit number like 3 to 4 balence is really harder then it sounds. But since I started to monitor my food and excercise not only do I have more energy but my mood is so different plus I sleep so much better,,, so already seeing results there.

found a Kellogg' s cereal that is good actually and the box is full called Kellogg' s satisfaction.. had some tonight recommend that one for sure. Yeah they will do anything now to say there low fat always have to watch that sodium content and sugar too! Most expensive cereal I see is Kashi go lean ouch!!!

I purchased a box of kelloggs just wrong,,,, they call it just right. I opened the box and found that the cereal was only 3 inches max if that from the bottom of the box! It was not even half full! not even close. I showed it to my coworker and hes like thats wrong.... I cant belive that companys selling healthy foods…

There are websites I dont think I am allowed to list them here, but they have what your looking for.If you like type in Gazzle I been adding that to the exercise list, its considered eliptical. If you set up resistance just use vigerous for the type of workout hope that helps.

I am looking at this as a alternative to a walk outside in -25 celcius weather... Has anyone here ever used one and if so what level of sucess you have with it. I read alot of good reviews on the product from wallmart.
