I think it looks okay..I'm no expert but some of your calories are coming from your coffee and mixins. I try to drink water or tea with a stevia packet in the a.m and maybe a peice of fruit and some greek yogurt. YUM! i love Oikos fruit on the bottom!!! I work at a dental office and on mondays..My dentist treats the office to mexican..I logged chicken fajitas with 1 flour tortilla and about 2 tbsp of guac @ like 400 something...I thought that was pretty darn good and it filled me up!
