Foot problems
Hello everyone!! I have a TMI question? My feet get really hot and they sweat as I run on the treadmill, causing blisters on the pad under my toes. I have tried deoderant, and powder! ANY helpful tips or tricks?

Getting ready to fall off the wagon!!
Hey everyone! I feel like I have no progress, and maybe some inches but no weight! weighing on my brain! Can anyone take a look @ my diary and maybe give me some feedback? Blisters!!
Okay MFP'ers...I need help, I recently started back working out and I get these blisters on my feet..mostly on the pad under my toes and the back of my ankle..(this skinny part). Any ideas on how to relieve and prevent that? I heard about duct tape? Does it really work? Please I need help..i hate the bike!

Headaches
Ok, so this is not my first rodeo trying to lose weight and eat better but since my husband and I stopped eating crazy, We both have had raging headaches. I have never experienced this before with my previous weight loss attempts. Any thoughts?

Frustrated! lifting weights....no weight loss!! what gives!
About a month ago I started lifting with my fiance about 3 times a week and dropped my cardio down to 15 at the max..i only have time to lift and do 15 min of cardio...seems like when i started lifting my weight is still staying the same give or take .1,.2 lbs!! I havent been faithful with my logging but eating the same…

Ugh! 2 weeks and gained..!!
I have been logging everything in MFP and under my goals! I don't know why I haven't lost and actually gained 2lbs! I'm so ashamed that i dont want to log a gain!!! :(
