I currently workout/jog...(newbie) in The Adidas Techfit it does have a mesh upper, but I still have problems and its only the left foot pad under my toes!!

Yes i drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning and the rest is water. I sometimes drink a cup of Bengal Spice tea in the evenings but no sweeteners or honey. I dislike just drinking milk, almond or cows! lol NO Juice. I would rather eat those calories than drink them!

Thank you! I do (try) to drink a gallon of water a day. I work at a busy Endodontic office and I have to sit for a straight hour or hour and a half and at first having to use the restroom frequently does not help. I always forget to log the water. Thank you so much for replying with your feedback, it is much appreciated

About a good month, I watch a lot of youtube videos and saw a website Freedieting.com and it said i wasnt getting enought calories. I have upped my gym routine as well. I try to get at least a good 300 -400 cal burn.

OMG!! my new fave is microwaved eggs whites from the carton with a 1/2 oz of any cheese preferably pepperjack! Microwaved for 2 min and then put onto a toasted Mack's Flax seed bread from Aldi's and a little Valentina Hot Sauce!!

Yum when we have meatless mondays, My husband will roasted broccoli,carrots,red onion, and portabella mushrooms with olive oil and garlic powder and sea salt and we eat it with some quinoa! wow!!
