Hello everyone!! I have a TMI question? My feet get really hot and they sweat as I run on the treadmill, causing blisters on the pad under my toes. I have tried deoderant, and powder! ANY helpful tips or tricks?

No, there are lightweight merino wool socks for running (I use them for winter running) you may also want to have a look at some of the 2 ply wicking socks (there are a bunch of different brands, I've got ones made by Wright - purely personal preference)

What type of shoes are you wearing? Many brands of running shoes have a lightweight mesh upper that also helps keep your feet cooler.

I currently workout/jog...(newbie) in The Adidas Techfit it does have a mesh upper, but I still have problems and its only the left foot pad under my toes!!

Definitely make sure that you're wearing non-cotton socks. I wear a lot of Balega and Feetures socks and never have a problem with blisters. I would also think about getting fit for shoes if that doesn't fix the problem. You may be getting blisters for shoes that do not fit properly (too short, too long, too wide, etc).

Thanks, do you get your socks from a specialty store? I will try to get to a shoe store that specializes in runners and what not and get sized.
