Shredded Buffalo Chicken I put thawed boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot and add a packet of ranch dressing salad mix (optional) and a good amount of buffalo or hot sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high on 4. Chicken will shred easily using a couple forks. Serve as lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.

I know a lot of people say cleanses are worthless, not worth your time, and/or just a fad, but it worked for me. I had been eating awfully for as long as I can remember, so when I decided to go on a diet, I didn't want to just jump into it. I figured a cleanse was my best bet to kick start a diet. And I was right! I took…

Wow, you need to tell him how you feel. I would be so annoyed and upset! you do not need sarcastic remarks and rude, judgmental stares. He needs to know that getting healthy requires support and encouragement. If I didn't have my man and all of my family cheering me on, I would have fallen off a looooong time ago. Good…

I count vegetables and fruit, but if it causes my sugar or carbohydrate count to exceed my limit/goal, I don't really care since they're good for you.

I totally understand. I always seem to gain back all the weight I worked so hard to lose. And just like you I say, "tomorrow will definitely be the day i start up again" but it never seems to work out that way. Don't rush it regardless of how you feel. You won't succeed unless you are completely in the mindset. Otherwise,…

I totally know how you feel! Just today I ate so bad, like, borderline binged. I normally exercise everyday and eat pretty good but something apparently came over me today and I feel so down. But tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start. I'm just going to move on from today but will remember how I feel after junk food or…

I totally, totally get it! And I'm sure you have heard lots of advice similar, but gum, mints, and even brushing your teeth can help! But if you must snack, try and make it as healthy as possible. Apples and pb, yogurt, popcorn, mixed nuts, etc.

I completely understand, I've had really bad days, weeks, even months! But I'm on a good track now and I stay motivated with the Health and Fitness category on Pinterest. Also, I watch a lot of Weight Loss Journeys on Youtube. It definitely helps me stay determined to get fit! Hope this helps and best of luck to you!

I recently downloaded this app, so it's great to hear a success story! I'm going to start in a few days and I'm so nervous that I won't be able to do it. Very happy to see you accomplished it. I too want to enjoy running so thanks for this post! And congratulations!
