Feeling so unmotivated..

I've been mindlessly logging my calories for a while now and not exercising but about 3 weeks ago I decided to get back into the swing of things and I've been eating better and trying to exercise every day but it seems like every time I eat a little chocolate, a cupcake, or maybe I don't exercise that day I just feel so down on myself like I'm never going to go anywhere with my weight loss.

    I totally know how you feel! Just today I ate so bad, like, borderline binged. I normally exercise everyday and eat pretty good but something apparently came over me today and I feel so down. But tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start. I'm just going to move on from today but will remember how I feel after junk food or not working out. You should do the same so that you know what you're putting in your mouth is totally not worth the feeling afterwards. Good luck!

    I definitely know how you feel! Im currently on a no carb diet and i decided to treat myself this past friday and have myself a carb night. I gained 5 pounds and it still wont go down. Ive been feeling bummed out about it and all it does is make me feel super ugly. I guess all we can do is suck it up and get over it. Tomorrow is a new day! Let's try to start it with a great attitude :)

    No one can force you to do this. You REALLY REALLY have to want it to stay self motivated. Reassess. Are you doing this to fit in? Are you doing this because of societal pressure? Are you doing this for better health?

    Whatever the reason, you have to make a specific plan...............THEN STICK TO IT.

    Why NO CARB? You lose weight from water loss and mostly. That 5lbs is from water storing glycogen in your cells. If you AREN'T going to eat no carb THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, then you need to change your approach to weight loss cause all that weight will return fast.
