Garden Lites- in the frozen food section. You can find them at Target, high protein low cal. The spinach and egg white is nasty, but all the others are pretty good. Low fat cottage cheese, 90 calories for 1/2 cup and high in protein so you feel full longer.

Creatine is hard on your kidneys if you don't take it the correct way. I would highly recommend getting some professional advice prior to using.

Your supposed to retain water. With out water you will die. I would take your doctors advice and increase your salt intake. Not only is salt necessary for "retaining water" it also helps your kidneys function properly.
