cheap healthy food on the go

Ok so I'm a student and therefore have no money. I am in uni working a lot of the time and if im not there im at work. I was wondering if anybody has any nice ideas for food for a lunch 300 calories or less. I am currently buying boots shapers meals but they are reflecting in my bank balance and other than making salads im not really sure what else to make. Any ideas?

    Hummus and anything is always good. Today I took a pita pocket and stuffed it with hummus and pretzels. It was delicious.
  • I love humous I didn't even realise it was healthy !
  • Garden Lites- in the frozen food section. You can find them at Target, high protein low cal. The spinach and egg white is nasty, but all the others are pretty good. Low fat cottage cheese, 90 calories for 1/2 cup and high in protein so you feel full longer.
