Just joined this group and am looking forward to a new challenge, I find challenges help me, not that I'm competitve or anything, it just motivates me. Have been feeling a little less motivated, and want to loose some more! Cant wait to find out what monday will bring :o)

Bump- I took trying to figure this out too.. should it be 50/25/25.. or >>> Ive tried playing with this myself, and some foods seem way off when you use the custom settings..

I want in, but I am still confused by the rules...and the practicing stuff.. the challenge is to get 200 in one day? so you do them in 5 sets and add your score? could someone confirm I have this correct...and does it start April 1st? thank u.

Congrats, I definatley can see a big difference, much nicer curves, looks like you lost inches all over. Great Job! I am currently on level two, and my scale isnt moving either... so I'm hoping for inches and a nice toned body.

Today I finished Day 8, of level 1.( no breaks) I feel a difference already, endurance is better... the thighs are not quite as sore...and they feel hard. I did take pics and measurements, will post after the 30 days. I am trying to do some other excercise every day also. Good luck shredders!!! And congrats to thoes of you…

You look just amazing, and have come a long way. I too, had babies and I just bloomed up... first pregnancy I gained 50 lbs ( half of my original weight). My fave samich as a kid (still am one) was/is a toasted, peanut butter(skippy) and bacon samich dipped in Heinz ketchup....that was comfort food.

Yesterday ( Day 1 ) with my HRM, I burned 210, I'm not sure what today was...hit the wrong button or something..think when you log 30 mins of circuit training it is 230 calories. I am 124 lbs. I guess it is different for everyone?

That is so inspiring, to have your children learn from you, I think some parents dont understand that, alot of them are "Do as I say, Not as I Do". You have to lead by example. Way to go MOM- Congrats, and be proud.

I'm in on the 30 Day Shred !! Woot woot ( or is that ouch ouch) . I just completed Day 1. I got my video from Chapters Book Store,(Canada) they had lots of JM videos, but i got the last 30 day shred. My HRM said I only burned 210 calories though... I will post pictures later.

I just did Day 1, 30 day shred, ( so first time) and I checked it on my HRM and it said i burned 210 calories for 30 mins.

Well, I did my sit ups, all 100 of them..whew-may pay for this tommorow...think I'm going to challenge myself to do these daily...maybe not a hundred though. I'm happy with my exercise today, I've been slacking. Thanks for posting a challenge. Hope you all do well. T

Hey, guess I'm only going to get "E" for effort. I did 30, and my shoulder hurts-old injury I had2 surgery on it. So instead I'm trying to get to 100 situps.

I need a challenge, I will try too, I know I have done 5 girls style...( I have a bad shoulder), but have been trying to work it.
