Yes. I have been on MFP since Jan 2012. I looked forward to seeing my friends progress daily. Feeling lost. Anyone going to another App? Don't know the point of still being here or logging?? RIP MFP... 😞

I just make my own homemade greek yogurt. Use 2% milk. I strain it to get it nice in thick. I eat it with fresh fruit. If im craving a little sweetness i add a tsp of my homemade jam. Low calorie, lots of protein. Can use it instead of sour cream too..add fresh herbs and lemon juice. Cost is very low. Just a little time.…

I pay for all of it...i eat all of it. I just skin it. Use it just like any vegetable. Great in stirfrys.

Try some of the organic broths (Costco has one) low sodium. Live potsticker soup with lots of spinach and vegetables.

Well done! I did it last year, and I got good results, I was thinking of doing it again, I just wont be able to do it 30 days in a row again due to my work schedual, but its all good, and you do get results. Congrats you.

I've been using Splenda for a year now, just in coffee, 1 packet per cup. I've not noticed anything except all my friends and coworkers wanting to have an intervention for me.. I have like 2 cups of coffee a day- PLeeZe lol.

Well, I do what i do every weekend, work a 72 hour shift... hoping I get some sleep, so I can not be tired so I can get some excercise... except.. I have to wake up and do work during the day...and the kids i look after just recharge for another late night..lol
