Well I feel like I've gotten a good workout in today; I went for a run in the pouring rain for 30 minutes, then had a walk after that. I got the day off today, and managed to do two things I love to do incorporated, play with my great nephew 3 and great niece 10 and get some excercise in. Been a little tough keeping up last couple of days with my crazy schedule. I've gotten exercise, but the body sure protests when it Hasn't had sufficient food and sleep. Hello All, I had an ok day, after coming off a 27 hr shift of being awake, I went out and went for a run and did some circuit training ( 55 mins) before sleeping for a measly 5 hours. I'm off to a graveyard shift again, have to go straight from there to a 48 hr shift tommorow, will see what kind of workout I can sneak in…

That might be pretty close to the right amount. You can add the excercise under your own excercises in the excercise tab. I just did 30 mins of 30 day shred with the HRM on and it said i burned 206 cals- it was a good workout. Great job today :o)
