I do not log my individual exercises in MFP. I let my fit bit adjust my calories burned. If it is linked, then it will adjust automatically. The fitbit will not be 100% accurate, but seems to work pretty well for me. I have lost about 30 pounds this way. You could push a button on your fitbit to let it know you are doing…

The weight will come, just be patient. I have months where I only lose inches, but then lose weight. Start testing your body fat percentage, so you will know how much of your weight is fat and how much is muscle. I like doing this, because if the scale doesn't move I still know I have lost fat!!

Try PB2 instead of peanut butter. Only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons and it has protien in it! I put it in my oatmeal every morning.
