I've had five kids so I look like a shar-pei dog in the middle. I've been wearing one while I do my workout, and I've found that I can finally see my waist coming back. I doubt if it burns more calories; it just moves things around maybe, but I'm happy with the progress I'm making to fit back into my old skirts!
