  • 5ft starting weight 188 and my goal is to lose 35 my problem is i start off good and then fall off the wagon ... i am not a gym person so any tips would be great i am starting at 1500 calories but i am always going over help ...

  • way to go that is my goal i havent lost any lbs yet but my clothes are feeling loser ...i just tell myself better then crappy food i haven't had mcdonalds wendys popeyes in 2 weeks no chips really trying to find heather options .. good luck
