Went downhill skiing with my 2 boys for three hours today. It was so fun, the fresh air and being outside made me feel great. It was nice teaching them a sport that I love.

You guys are all so awesome! It is such a relief for me to realize that other people experience the same cravings, at the same time of day as I do.
