  • maybe make a deal with her to make you those BAD things as she calls them when you reach a goal point.....like every 10-15 lbs, then you get a TREAT day and get to eat something that is totally forbiddin. If she agrees then she would become part of your progress instead of a hinderance!

  • 2 ways I go about the buffet {if I can not avoid them all together} 1. Pick and choose the most healthy stuff. @ wedding have small piece of cake and nuts (no mints) 2. Keep your calories super low for the rest of the day, so you balance out at the end of day.

  • my HRM is a sporstline. I recommend one with a chest belt. they seem to be more accurate. it was a little uncorfortable at first but once i get moving i forget I have it on. each person calories burned are different according to they body size and levelof fitness. so a HRM would definately help you track your calories…

  • OK here are the numbers. I weigh 169 lbs and am 41 years old. Pushing a Jogging Stroller with a 22 lb baby at approx. 3.5 mph for 60 minutes I burned 521 calories.
