  • Spinach rice - Cook rice until soft and then drain the water out and leave to cool for about 5 minutes. In a frying pan use one cal spray and fry up some spring onions for 2 - 3 minutes, add spinach and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes and then add the rice. Lovely with curry
  • Thanks, I managed to lose 10lbs and a lot of inches :-). Not much but I started at 8 stone 13 so didnt have much to lose. I havent looked into that, I thought it was more for muscle building tho, I just want to lose fat really. I'll have a look now tho thank you!
