  • I just went through a plateau that lasted 5 days, but because I was aware that one was coming soon I didn't panic and just stuck to my diet - sure enough, I broke through 2 days ago and it looks like I'm back to my steady loss rate. Don't panic, don't change your diet, keep drinking your water, and you'll have no problems.
