Cookies! Went grocery shopping today and left without buying anything from the cookie isle! I bought some extra fruit to take care of the sweets craving!

A giant bowl of spaghetti and meatballs, angel biscuits, and peas for dinner. Dessert would be either peach cobbler or pineapple upside down cake with a bowl of dirt ice cream.

That is horrible!!!! I hope you get your fridge soon. I have a trip to FL this weekend for a Greek Christening and the after dinner is homemade Greek food! High in fat, calories, butter, and happy goodness. Again, first world food problems, but still horribly annoying to us "food editors".

So, my original rant, I suppose, comes from the idea that MFP is about a lot of things: excercise, portion control, and mainly keeping track of the amount of calories you eat during the day. However, some fruit, mainly the ones that are available year-round like bananas and apples, tend to be fairly high in calories. Now,…

I am not a crier, especially during movies. This one, I bawled my eyes out! It was a fantastic and wonderful movie that went a step farther than Life is Beautiful and Schindler's List. Even if you cry your eyes out, watch this movie!!!!

After watching Arachnaphobia when I was a very little kid (I am now 25): I will no longer eat popcorn out of a glass bowl or stick my hand straight into the cereal box I look under lampshades before turning the lamp on And I don't think I will ever go in a wine cellar

My glass is always full, it is only the gas:liquid ratio that changes. But, in the actual spirit of this post, I have two glasses: one is definitely half full, and the other is shattered to bits on the floor.

Forgive me MFP for I have sinned: I have not been faithful about logging this week and have been very bad about snacking on too much cheese and muddy buddies.
-
I love being able to pre-log, and I usually stick to it. It makes me feel more in control of my day and my diet when I do that.

My Belgian Malinois Anny! Such a sweet, old girl.

I work in a veterinary clinic, and we get this kind of question all the time. There are a lot of "fru fru' dog foods out there that claim to be nutritional, healthy, and delicious. The new refrigerated kinds of foods are a big fad right now. However, we try and steer our patients away from such foods. Iams, Purina,…

I am 5'2" and 130lb, and am at my goal weight. Since the beginning I cut down on a lot of cookies, candies, cakes, etc. My main goal has always been to control portion sizes, and not completely cut out foods, because, inevitably, the foods you want to cut out are your favorites (cookies!). I don't eat at a lot of fast-food…

Air cello! The best sounds in the world come from the cello.

I began eating yogurt for lunch during the week, and I found out, the hard way, that if I am not careful with that little tin foil lid, it will spray yogurt all over myself or the counter.

Not today (since it is only 0830), but I only packed healthy snacks for my week-long house-sitting trip. And a non-food proud moment: yesterday a client told me that I was gentle and caring to my patients, even when they try and eat me (veterinary tech).

A firm grasp on the English language!

Little Woman! All time favorite. I can'y wait until my niece is old enough to read it.

I am always tired, so I love to nap. I like my naps to last from 1.5 - 2 hrs! It takes me forever to fall asleep sometimes so that whole 15 min rule is hard to apply. I usually get 1 nap in every few weeks though; but, when I do, I enjoy it immensely!

I play baseball on a women's team, and we have a game tomorrow. Possibly the state fair that evening, and on Sunday my dad and I are going to the ball game!

I am 24 y/o, and I still call my parents mommy/daddy, mama/papa, etc, especially when we are doing something really special, or something has happened that really reminds me of how much I really love them. And my parents still refer to themselves as our (I have 2 older siblings) mommy and daddy. That is what they are, and…

That is sweet and I am so happy to hear that Dad's still do that. My dad and I didn't have time to do that when I was young, but, even though I am in my mid-twenties, I LOVE hanging out with both of my parents. I have friends, but when I get free tickets to the ballgame, I always think of which parent I will take with me.…

I have only lost 12 pounds, but: I have gone from a size 8 to a size 4/6 (4 in shorts and skirts, 6 in pants because of thighs). I can, and have, run a 5k. Going to run 2 more in October. Have gotten a little better with portion control. Don't even miss major fast food restaurants!

I am a huge supporter of year-round school. The kids won't have as much time off at once, which means they will retain more information from the previous year. Teachers spend too much time reteaching children what they learned the year before, and children waste too much time during the summer. There should be more focus…

Perfect Harmony. It was a very good movie!

If he can't speak or write proper English! I hate having a conversation with someone, and I am mentally correcting everything they are saying!

I like out as much ice cream as I can from an ice cream sandwich, and then try and pull the cookie part apart like an Oreo so I can eat that last. If peas or corn are on the same plate as mashed potatoes, they must be mixed. Rye chips get eaten fist in Chex mix.

I would have to say strip. Kills two birds with one stone: I get my daily exercise, and I get paid to do so. Plus, a good stripper can make good money on a weekend.

What a yumm-a-licious picture!

A set on right forearm: I work at a vet clinic and a very unhappy, and fully clawed, cat decided my arm was the best place to grab onto. Scratches from mid-forearm up to my wrist. Left wrist: Broke a pitcher while cleaning, huge glass shard went into my wrist. Various other scars from sports and trail running.
