30 Day Shred was the best thing that ever happened to me. I lost lots of inches and felt great at the end (I was having thyroid problems, so I didnt really lose anything). Binge would be the Chocolate extreme blizzard I had from DQ yesterday... and then b/c I know I'm going back on the diet today, eating more hersheys chocolates at the end of the night... that was my yesterday binge!

I'm on L3 D6 (I think), lose track after awhile. Just keep doing it whether you think you are doing it right or not. It'll get easier... you'll watch what they are doing and as it gets easier, you'll get better at it. When I first started, I thought I was going to DIE! SKIM MILK and HERSHEYS CHOCOLATE SURYP. Curves the craving w/ less calories and it's pretty good for you. If I have chocolate around me anywhere I eat it... so I dont allow it in the house!

I also too think I could be in starvation mode. 800 - 100 calories daily.... per my doctor's orders. But I haven't lost but maybe 3 lbs since I started eating less and working out. I lost weight with WW a few years back and I ate to their calorie guidelines. It's hard though for someone to tell me to take in more calories…

I'm on Level 2 day 4. Wasn't working out before this. It gets easier people; you just have to keep going. I'm not losing many lbs yet but many inches. My advice, do more stretching than she does... You'll feel MUCH better!

I'm a 30 DS er and am loving it. I'm on day 8 ish... I'm going to do one more day of L1 then go to L2. My advice: STRETCH more after! Haven't lost any weight but my clothes are lose, which is awesome! I like support and to be supportive, if u want to add me.

She doesnt do enough stretching on anything. Sit on you legs and leen back (for a bit) to stretch you thighs too. Additional stretching has saved my life!

Question... so why is it... the more water I drink, the more thirsty I am? I drink a lot of plain water in a day... more than 15 cups.
