DVDs and some light weights. Walk/run outside. I don't have a gym membership, but I did invest in a treadmill years ago.

I've been contemplating this myself, I'll reach my goal weight in about 2 pounds. I think I will continue to count my calories, because frankly...i'm a snacker and that can really add the calories up for me. I know how to make good choices and I do most of the time - but we all have out cravings and sometimes I just don't…

AWESOME job. You look absolutely beautiful.
-
Same scenario - but I am VERY particular about where to put them...no place that will sag later...eek

Same here...if I know I'm not going to have time in the evening, I'll make myself get up and do it in the morning...but it is a struggle for me. Never been a morning workout person...certainly not first thing. I prefer mid day or evening. Fortunately, I have the luxary of being able to go in the middle of the day on…

"You have a nice smile"...or You should smile more - because you have a really nice smile. I am told that I am very serious.... Also - when I'm not in uniform (law enforcement) and my hair is down and I am dressed nicely - I get a lot of compliments. Yes, I look totally different...

I don't have a "designated" cheat day - i don't plan on cheating ever, but sometimes my cravings or whatever get me...i may cave a little with one or two items, but never a whole meal...too much work has gone into this - that's my mindset.

Excellent work! totally inspiring.

I'm at 5'6 and comfortable in most size 8. I don't have skinny legs either and a decent booty - so I choose the "curvy" style in most jeans.
-
I'm 5'6" - my goal is actually 145 - am down from 167 to 156 right now - feeling good. I have, in the past gotten down as low as 132 - which in hind-sight looked absolutely sickly on my frame - i loved being a size 4 at the time, but looking at pictures from then...yuck. 145-150 is a perfect range I think - at least for my…

I LOVE PB. This is the one food I will NEVER give up. I love peanut butter on toasted bread - mmmm, it makes it all melty...

Absolutely the truth - been married 13 years... and there's nothing he would like more.
-
i'd love to be added - 37, working mom of one very busy child and my husband is out of town for the next 3 months - so i'm temporarily a single mom too. SO - I give props to all you single parents out there...I do not know how you do it, and I only have one kid
-
i saw that you are afraid to eat back the exercise calories you lose - you have to eat these back or your body will be fighting to survive and not lose fat, but muscle instead. ALWAYS east breakfast - there are a lot of healthy low calorie high nutrient choices. I usually bring a bowl of cereal (bran flakes or Special K)…
-
That is absolutely phenominal. I love to see success like this.
-
Amen to that - sounds like a complet douschbag. do it for you or don't do it.
