Quick and Easy no cook breakfast ideas
I've been eating oatmeal for like 2 years straight for breakfast. I'm kind of tired of oatmeal. Any quick and easy breakfast ideas? Something I can carry with me to work as I do not have time in the morning to whip anything up. It has to be at least microwavable. Looking for something filling, yet less than 250 calories.

Jump Rope replacement

Burrrpees
There seems to be some disagreement in my cross fit group as to what constitutes a proper burpee. Some think you have to go all the way to the ground - on your belly and then come back up. Others prescribe to the theory that you just go down to a plank position and then pop back up....thoughts?

After dinner snacking and calorie sabotage
I've been having this nagging thought lately - I'm wondering if the logging of all of my food is actually sabotaging my calorie intake. Here's why - If after dinner, I have say 500 calories left - I will eat until I have eaten up to my allowed calories for the day...every day and even go over some days - Why do I do this…

How do I add fat to my diet and not gain weight...
My fat intake is regularly very low and I find myself craving sweets - especially in the evenings. I have no idea if this is related, but I did read where someone posted that it was. If that is the case, I tend to over-indulge in sweets when I do eat them...like I can't stop once I start, so I try not to buy them...easier…
