You're welcome, I really loved it!!! I was excited when a friend shared it with me, I first had it with the baked tostito scoops and today had it as a wrap, needed nothing extra. You could also put it in a salad :)

This is VERY good, made it last weekend, my husband accidentally bought the red "hot" enchilada sauce...it ws a tad spicy but was really good! dropped a few croutons in, perfect!

Yes, I have heard this will work. Also try a cake mix of your choice and a can of pumpkin to make muffins, nothing else needed.n :) Delish! Not sure calorie counts. I think 150 calories each.

I'm a PB junkie! I really just like it in a spoon. I love to spread it on wheat toast and eat it like that, or on crackers or between oatmeal cookies.....lol. I crave it when I am doing alot of running :) I also prefer creamy, but love the chunky too!!!!!

Yep...my grandma would freeze strawberries already sweetened with sugar and we'd let them thaw until slushy and pour milk on them.....did that with peaches too...

I have had this before, very strange. If it is just a buzzing or twitching sensation, it may be just a muscle spasm(that's all mine was). Kind of like you get when your eyes twitch....But, if there is pain or anything abnormal, I would def get an annual exam and let your Gyno know of this nusiance. That way, you can rule…

Yes, I totally still have burgers! I just use the light wonder wheat bread,cheese and lots of veggies. I use the lean ground round and my GF grill :) Delish. I don't mind the burgers not as juicy, they are still very filling....now I want one :)

5K - 30:13....working on this! 1/2 Marathon - 2:45 Full - 6:17....yea you heard me....lol. I ended up having to walk mostly, was not ready for that.
