What else can i eat???

Ive planned my whole day of eating and still had to force in more stuff that i wasn't planning on eating because of all the workout calories ive added. I dont eat back all of my calories (its working just fine for me) i try to eat back about half. I still need to plan to eat something for snack tonight and cant think of anything else to eat.

Since you still have a lot of protein left, how about a protein bar? larabar makes some yummy flavors - all around 200 calories. you could have it with a piece of fruit maybe? Or how about an apple and peanut butter?0

Yeah i was seeing that i was a bit lower on my protein, thats a good idea...ill pic up some protein bars and have one with some fruit...thank.0
