Don't excpect to lose any weight at least the first 30 days. Its working, the scale is just a big fat liar cause it has no idea what that weight is from. Your body will hold lots more water working out hard. Take measurements too!

I think it is easier to stay under your cals by eating healthy food in general. Chicken and veggies is how many calories again?

You should be eating your body weight in protein. You can't have too much of it.

I think its too much if your plan is to loose weight. It seems to be more of a bulking diet. I had better results losing weight not following their diet. I am refering to the calories not the foods.

I love my scale and I weigh myself like every day. Its only one of my tools I use. I swing 5 pounds easy.

There should be respect going both ways and communication. This seems to lack with people who have never been through the ringer in a serious relationship. Then again, maybe its just me.

The higher your HR the harder your body is working. Now burning out in 20 minutes is another story if you wanted to workout longer.

How may cals are you eating? Don't follow their diet. Also, you will be gaining muscle and holding water. Do measurments, its the only way. I saw a big drop after I finished 90 days and stopped working out.
