HIIT is giving it all you got for a set amount of time and then taking it slower for a period of time and repeating. Of course you always have a the warm up and cool down. It can be done on anything but I think running not on a treadmill gives you the max workout.

Bullying.... they are adults. When I am forced to pay healthcare and at the rates they are at, I will get on to unhealthy people weather that is being overweight or something else. People need to learn to take care of themselves.

The real question is why is smoking still legal at all. It has been proven to kill. But then again McDonalds is still here and their food will kill you. lol I am a former smoker.

Training to do good at sports is one thing, but the tough guys are just really insecure and most do roids, at least the ones I know. They also have gone nowhere in life. Again, these are just my observations.

If you want to lose weight, just stop eating and starve yourself. How is eating junk food any better? Both are unhealthy. If you want to be healthy and keep the weight off then eat good natural food and get some exercise. I count cals to make sure I am getting enough now.

Use whatever MFP says. Don't go under 1200 and only eat back half of what you burn in workouts.

Tip - Stop eating out if you do. And don't leave this site no matter what happens. Life always gets in the way.

Don't look at the scale!!! I swing 5 pounds easy. Weigh only once a week and do it for a month (do it in the morning before you eat). Keep your cals in check and keep working out. You will find out that the scale is not what you should be looking at.

If the goal is to lose weight I would do Insanity. You can skip buying all the weights and stuff. You will still build some muscle.
