This is true but I seem to loose more fat (or something) when I workout for some reason. I eat back cals too and workouts are tracked with a HRM. Pretty sure your body burns a whole lot more between workouts, maybe that is why.

The scale is the devil and a liar. Take measurements. If you are tracking your calories and workouts right stop worry about your weight. I gained 5 pounds after 30 days but my pants fit better.

I make chicken and veggies or some red meat. I also do Tuna or turkey sandwiches. I also do PB&J when I have nothing else. I prepare food a few days in advance and stick in fridge!

Eating clean Instead of going into depth with a newb about nutrients it is alot easier to tell them to eat clean. It will be easier for them to understand I think and be closer to hitting the nutrients they need without tracking much. Maybe I'm wrong though. You can eat whatever you want if it matches your macros.

There are things that will get you going before your workout like Jack3D. Careful with those though, might have trouble sleeping.

Eat more than 1200 calories if not more. Eat your burned cals back too. Your body will try to hold on to weight if you eat less.

I was still up 5 pounds after 30 days. My waist was shrinking though. Don't look at the scale. You will be building muscle and your muscles and body will be holding alot of water.

LA Fitness def does, thats their whole speech about getting you to use them for personal training. Yes, I know half or all of them probably don't really know anything.
